inform them it was discharged in BK, and any contact is in violation of the law. keep all proof in case they wont listen and you can sue them for the violations..should you choose. opt out..as it may not be reported as IIBK..on your credit reports. some of mine arent reported correctly and some CA buyers get the info and buy the debts. congrats!!! next yr even the BK will be off your reports!!! oh,,,i long for the day!!! opt out..whychats site..link below if you scroll...will explain opting out.
