thanks Boa..it is for me. i prolly will do it again more than once. lol. and np, i have responded to trolls until whychat about slapped me silly. finally saw the light..and will hope others do also. it is more powerful to NOT respond..by responding we give them what they want. and i dont want to do that!!! ignoring keeps our power for ourselves. ignoring is a pro-active stance. responding buys into their abuse and gives them what they want. i will do the very opposite. my goal is the whole place to keep goin like we are.ignoring...esp hearing they do this to get paid..paid to be abusive..good God..i wont help it one bit. hugsss.
