All this crap about "We'll report you to your ISP" is BS.

As an individual, you can call the local police and complain about someone's IP, but the police are not going to do anything unless there's substantial money or a threat involved. Even if you complain to the ISP without the police they will not respond unless you provide evidence of an act committed against you (just posting information on a message board is not an offense).

What is happening here falls under a whole different category of criminal law which the offenders are likely not aware.

The trolls are breaking many laws. Laws affecting the people and the business that runs this site. This is a criminal act of harrassment, and by interfering with a business which crosses state boundaries it is enforceable by the FBI. Some of the IP addresses I have identified were outside the US, which would also put it in the jurisdiction of the CIA and other entities.

Maybe some of the trolls don't realize but due to new laws brought about by the Patriot Act, what they are doing can be construed as "Terrorism" and is enforceable by the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security. If you don't believe me, look up and read H.R. 3162 yourself.

Some people don't think IP addresses are traceable or that their ISP won't give their name to law enforcement. These people are dumb. Some people use Software, and Proxy servers which hide their address thinking that they are truly anonymous when in fact the tools and devices they are using are what will provide the evidence. There are no anonymous trails on the internet any longer - you can be found.

Anyhow, since this site will require registration in the future, these recent posts are the last little desperate gasp of a really bored any lonely individual. There might be more than one troll, but the most annoying one is soon to be wiped from this site.
