I know that no one on here is trying to cheat anyone, much like everyone else I stopped paying because I didn't have the money. I have a job now, and they know it too. I was thinking making payment plans might help me avoid court. It sounds like court is inevitable. I personaly feel that I should only pay the amount that the CA paid for the debt. That is why I sounded so devious.
