The letter states that their client is Chrysler Financial. Our BK papers have it listed as Chrysler Credit. Are they one in the same? Should I send a validation letter first? I have no record of the original account numbers to compare and the amounts are different. BK amount is higher *odd look* They also have the date of service as 02-10-95. Even the SOL is up on this one. Another thing, they have my husbands name down as Raymona, not Raymond. I guess we'll have to get a credit report to see what is going on. LOL
