You need some accurate information befoe you try to do anything.

Get a copy of your credit reports from each of the 3 CRA's.

Opt Out

Take a CLOSE look at your reports, check the entry from the ORIGINAL creditors for your FIRST "30 day late"

You may not need a lawyer. There is a LOT you can do yourself.

If you have received a letter threatening "arbitration", send them the refsal of arbitration letter from my website.
