You ONLY send the refusal of arbitration letter. The second part, motion to the Court is ONLY is they try to get a judgment based on an arbitration award. Yes, you can get the THREE credit reports on line, do NOT get a "3 in 1" get each one individually, ($9.00 each) make sure you have a LOT of paper in your printer. Print out each one FIRST, before looking at it on line, you can always go back to it for a week or so. I do not believe you need a lawyer at this point.IF you think you need one later, there is one posted at the bottom of the New York page on my website. You MAY find that some or all of your debts are beyond the legal collection time once you check your credit reports.
