credit reports...lots of questions :)

Ok, I finally ordered and received copies of mine and hubbies CR.
First off, only some of the things we filed BK on are listed as "included in BK7". Does it need to be on all the things listed? If so, what do I do?
Secondly, how long are things supposed to stay on before they drop off? I still have things on it from 1995-1998. Should I just let it go, or get them off?
Thirdly, as far as student loans go, after they have been transferred to other companies or put together, can I get those taken off?
Lastly, I still have addresses and jobs on the CR from almost 10 yrs ago and some. Do I or should I get them taken off? I also have my hubbies job listed under my SS#. Why is that?
Ok, I said I had lots of questions, lol. Feel free to answer any or all of the ?'s.
