Wow, the exact same thing happened to me! Nice to have someone in the same boat. The course of action you have is to write the CRA's (certified return receipt) and tell them which account is fraudulent. After you notify them, they are supposed to block any future dsiclosures from any CA that reference the fraudulent account number. In turn, keep sending the documentation on the fraudulent accoun to the CA's Its been a struggle for me as well, Im on my 4th CA and still I have trouble getting the info blocked. Just keep at it.
