MBNA america charged off one of my accounts less than 1 month after what i thought was a good faith payment of $50 while at the same time making me a deal for $1200 on another account which is at $5800. I thought that they couldn't do that until after a certain amount of time, usually longer than a month? Bottom line Bronson and Migliaccio have left me one phone message (from a Mr.Sharkey!) and today rec'd letter. Should I send the debt validation letter? HELP! Man, i sinking in debt - i need a job (preferably one that pays more than $8-$12 an hour!). Thanks for any help, suggestions, etc. This site is great - just wish i found it a few months ago.
