Since you are still withint the SOL, I would not recommend that you send the CA or CA attorney anything. I would recommend that you ignore them. There is no such thing as a good faith payment. They will take you to the cleaners if you let them. When was the last time you paid the original creditors on each of these accounts. If they are offering a 1200.00 deal on a 5800 debt, something is fishy. What state are you in?
