Gulfstate, taken OFF my report!

I was reading some under the FCRA and i found out that a CRA cannot repost something that was taken off a report due to a dispute unless the receive viable information that supports that it's your account.

And when/if they do put it back on your report, they must send you a letter stating that it has been added, along with the supporting informaion that they received from the creditor.

Just thought you all may want to know this information!
