Chargeoffs and apartments

I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I was recently faced with a charge off situation and I am making plans to pay back the debt. I was wondering if the charge off would get me kicked out of my apartment. I have been living here for about a year and a half and have never been late with my rent. I'm beginning to get worried.
