Okay, Well, you can just wait them out if you like. After the SOL, you're home free. That's 6 yrs. In the meantime, you will have collection activity showing on your credit reports, and if you apply for credit it may also trigger collection activity. You said you did apply and got turned down? Nobody has come after you? How long has it been? Linda
