Thank you Linda and JJ. I got the card when i was a student in Idaho 1986 with $300 credit limit. It went deliquent in Utah 1997 credit limit $900. No collection attempt. Last April 2001 I got a summon and I responded and tell my story. Never hear from them again. I contacted them verbally attempt settle the debt for 50% but declined. They want 90% lump sum. or $125 a month installment basis for the whole thing with 7% interest. They want me to reply before 31th August. I got my BK form ready incase they sue me. This account only appears in my Experian account.
