credit card codes (pre-fix) - type of card, cross reference

I am looking for a x-ref of credit card codes (pre-fixes) and the the company. Such as Conoco Visa's code (pre-fix) is 711-, Phillips is 779-, Wright Express is 690-, etc. I work in the headquarters a/c rec of MFA Oil Company and at times a credit card comes through and we are unable to id it, except by making calls.

I understand there is a x-ref of codes and companies.
