A bankruptcy?? Wow! that's a big boo boo! Have you disputed this with the credit bureau that is reporting it? Dispute as "not mine." When you get your credit report in the mail, there is a dispute form in with it, just fill it out and send it back. They have 30 days to investigate and verify that the info is correct. If they can't verify it, they must remove it.

If they say they verified it, and don't remove it, you write a letter requesting a description of the method used to verify the account. They must respond to that within 5 or 15 days - I forget - but fast anyway. If you catch them lying about it you can sue them if you want to. If they verify it and you do not want to sue, come back and we'll tell you what to do next.
