I really appreciates your comment on my problem and the problems of others who seek help. I got another thing Is verbal agreement binding? I told the secretary that I would make payment starting next month. She send me a paperwork and asked me to sign it. I still not sign it. Did I enter into agreement verbally? Thank you Rod
