I just stumbled onto this web site today. I am absolutely amazed at what I've been reading. I started responding to a few people with advice but, seeing that there are so many violations of the FCRA and FDCPA that are being talked about, I feel like I should post a statement. I hope this isn't spamming but, these guys NEED to be sued!
Find a consumer attorney in your area. Anyone in California can email me if they would like. Let me tell all of you that you don't need to worry about money when seeing a lawyer for violations of these two statutes. Attorney fees are included in the statute to encourage people to seek a legal remedy and to discourage these companies from violating the statutes that were enacted to protect consumers.

Good luck everyone, Shirley
