First, the 7 year mark begins with the ORIGINAL deliquency, unless you have promised to pay the debt or made a partial payment. This may be construed as a new promise and/or new debt.

You should contact the Credit Reporting Agencies to have them remove the derrogatory accounts which have exceeded the 7 year mark.
