I called a local lawyer this morning. He told me I can only file chapter 13 if I really want to do it. Based on chapter 13, I will still pay those creditors for the next three or five years. How can I file chapter 7 instead? Are there any tips I can use?
If I file bk, there are any impact on my job? Thank you for your help
