I think it is paragraph 335 - there are some exceptions, LOL. I am not a lawyer - better check on it before you quote it in court.

it does say in another section that if you plead the statute of limitations, all you have to do is say it, not probe it. The only time you have to give details to prove it, is if the other party presents evidence.
