How can i get Gulf State Credit to leave me alone im not the one they want

HOw can i get gulf state credit to leave me be Im not even the person they want I just happen to have th esame name as the other person and unfortunately when i got my phone number changed I got that other persons old phone number too how ironic. I tried to explain several times to these people that I am not the one they are looking for they refuse to listen. I ve gotten three calls from them with in the last month. It's driving me nuts Help please..
