Gulfstate, taken OFF my report!

I disputed the listing that Gulfstate credit had on my report w/ equifax and it has been 30 days and they have not responded....I spoke w/equfax and they stated that they have removed it completely and are sending out a new report. one question. is it likely that gulfstate will 're' report that to equifax? Should I worry about that? also, I should chekc w/ the other 2 bureaus and dispute it w/ them as well shouldn't I ? I am very worried about Gulfstate reporting it again....equifax told me they could at any time.....is this a victory for me, or will they come back to haunt me again???
