so this agency sends me a bill for collection, its not my bill ad i never lived at the address the bill is for, the collection agency wants more info on me so thay can investagate more, they just want my home address and phone so they can write and call me ?!. they claim theres a civl code article 3 1788.20 that they can request such info,
is there a civil dde article 3 1788 if so what is it.
