Incorrect debt and collection agencies

My ex-daughter-in-law lived above me in my two family b(before she was my ex-daughter-in-law) and ordered movies and/or records from a company. Of course we both have the same last name, and we have the same first initial. She filled her order blank out with her first initial and last name and they accepted it. Now I have been getting dunned, nasty letters and threats from a collection agency and this company. I wrote and called the collection agency explaining the situation. They have since quit sending me nasty letters, but the record/movie company is back at it. WHAT CAN I DO? I am going insane.
