her car was reposed as well and lost her house 7 yrs ago because of separation from her husband and no funds to to pay bills raising a child on her own. Being head of household, she has never had money taken away from her. However still legally married, states that her ex's tax return is taken every year. She has been asked to show up out of the blue for a deposition and to bring all her current bills and pay stubs. If anyone knows an answer to what I am asking please reply. I have told her to get an attorney for guidance. How can monies be taken from her or her ex for possessions that have been taken away years ago, that have been sold to other owners. This does notmake sense to the average Joe. Thank You
