If you are going to definitely file for bk soon, how about having a little fun with the collection agency? Call 'em and ask how much you owe. when they tell you, say thanks your lawyer needs it for the bk petition.
Seriously, be sure all debts are listed. Many lawyers ask clients to bring a copy of all 3 credit reports to be sure nothing is missed.
