YES it was a cash loan, I have NO contract with me
its such a long time.
Is this comes under written contract or open loan.
Are they not suppose to send me details about the contract if they have. They told me they are not a collection agency but some one else (may be a lawyer firm). I think they are going to send some thing in writing to me i hope not a summon.
I now own a house , car and other credit cards
with an excellent credit history for last few yrs.
