The bill is from her doctor, not a hospital. It is being reported by a collection agency (credit bureau services of NH).I live in NH and this is where the company and the doctor are. I got the basic notice, please contact this office about your bill, you have 30 days to ask for verification ( I know its mine). I could always do some sort of payment plan, but if I do should I ask to have it removed if I pay it? Also I already checked into state assistance and it is dated too far back, and back then I was making more money and didnt qualify for assistance.
Also my hubby has a lot of PAID medical bills that still show up as in collections on his CR. I know it wont be removed cause these were paid recently, should it still show under collections?
