Kellie, Here is what you do. Wriet a letter to the auto co. {RRR}. Tell 'em the story and send copies of the paperwork. Tell them to remove the chargeoff with TU. At the same time, send TU aletter {RRR} and tell them you are placing them on notice that there is eroneuous and harmful info on hubby's file and it needs to be deleted. Send them a copy of the letter to the auto co and copies of your documetation. Wait 30 days and if it isn't gone, go see a lwayer.
