co-user of credit cards, urgent help needed!!!

Hi,
I am co-user of two of my husband's credit cards. Now he is planning to file bk. Do I have to file with him since I am also on there.
I checked out my credit report last week, and both of credit cards put charge-off on my report. How can I erase those negative report from my credit report? Thank you for any help
