in refernce to my other messages yesterday, what if I was to draft a letter and, all of my debt is with Citibank, and tell them that I would love to repay them but at the time I can only afford so much a month and would agree to pay it each and every month and as more money came available. But I would only do this if they were stop all finance charges and over limit fees and remove any 60 day lates from my credit report. I am not settleing so I don't have to pay them all the money I am settling because it seems like the easiest way to have low monthly payments.
Let me know what you think, is this an option? I have no problem paying them back I just can't get all the money right now. If I could refinance my house and get the money I would, but based on my credit I can't do that right now. Please help me make this decision.
