Annoying Phone calls

Well where do i begin...7 years ago we Gave our car back it was considered a voluntary Reposession...According to wait i have read the SOL is up on it.. Anyway about 3 weeks ago i started gettin phone calls for my husband from a credit agency now he works odd hours and has never called them.anyway they call daily sometime 2 to 3 times a day 6 days a week.... This used to be on our credit report but I disputed it and they removed it from my credit report...How long will they hound us?? And what is considered harrassment.....
