I just recieved my credit report online from all three bureaus. Certain items differ, but there are items that are my father's that are on all three of my reports. We do have the same name (I am the second), but the birthdate and SSN shown on the reports are mine.

The apartment complex is run by a corporation, but do they look at all 3 reports or just one? If just one, is there anyway to know which agency they go through?
