1. The original debt they claim is $3500. They add on $3500 interest.

2. I believe it became delinquent in way back in 1995, although the last date of activity was probably June of 1996. I don't have access to the credit report off hand.

3. Yes, I have been served with papers and the whole process is being handled by a lawyer representing them.
