I was planning to remarry this year but my fiancee is concerned about my credit. We have a mortgage together and a credit card. How will this past judgement affect her credit. Will us getting married make her liable for past default. I posed these questions to a lawyer and he suggested bankruptsy, but he had a stake in on that decision
