i have a bill that went to collection in 10/96. i live in wash. state and i am not sure what the sol is. i just got a copy of my credit report and it is still on there. i am not sure of what kind of agreement this would be in order to figure out what the sol is.thank you for whatever answes you can give me. also the bill was incurred in 10/94
