I never claimed to have the answers. That's your job. That's why I wrote, that I didn't know and wasn't sure. If you read the message I wrote, I was just offering her a website that may help her get her answers. I thought this was a message board where conversation, idea sharing...you know discourse, was the purpose. I seemed to have pissed you off for some reason. I think probably because I don't agree with you that filing BK is is the godgiven solution to solving all your problems. So, everyone file BK, learn nothing,and get yourself in the same mess that got you to file BK in the first place. Great advise! Or, perhaps it's that seven years ago I worked for a company that you loathe, and because of it I know ways to get the results you're actually looking for, wanting and needing rather than suggesting that everyone waste their time and money going sue happy, solving nothing.
