Send a "Cease" letter. there's a tempalte at http://briefcase.yahoo.com/serenitybreeze in the "credit letters" folder. Include the statement that they are mistaking you for someone else. Better check you credit reports - you probably have inquiries from them. That is "poison" to your credit file. If so, insist that they remove them immediately.

If they don't apply for something big, get declined and sue them for damages. ;)
