Thanks for your reply. Well, this was for personal expenses. Basically, I used my expense reimbursement to pay my rent, child care, etc. I notified my company about what I had done. This was over a year ago. My husband left me ( still gone) with everything and the kiddos, I was trying to make sure I was not put out on the street. This is a collection agency I am dealing with now. They refuse to give me anything in writing which I thought was odd, but have accepted my payments every month as agreed. This is now a charge off on my report. However, I think they don't want to do anything in writing so that they may demand a higher amount later? I have paid them every month, yet they continue to harrass me at work. I could understand if I was not paying them a thing, but I am. Could they still sue me if I cant give them more? Please help, I really am terrified about this. I have no checking acount. I have a 12 year old car and lots of stress.
