As far as I can tell.the last several transfers of your account took place without the electronic (tape) documentation. This would require any collection agency to pay to have the warehoused paper documentation found. Since you are beyond the SOL you are dealing with the dregs of the bottom feeders. Send the letter,disputing the account,request documentation proof,tell them you will file a complaint with the FTC unless they stop their collection efforts or prove it is your account.
