Write a letter,certified to all 3 credit bureaus requesting authentication of any report from Gulf state. Include this phrase "I have been the victim of fraudulent reporting by Gulfstate". Include the statement that you are filing a complaint against Gulfstate with the FTC and the Florida Consumer Affairs.Request removal of fraudulent report within 30 days.
Go on line and file complaint with FTC and Florida Consumer Affairs.
