sending in proof

Hello, if you send in proof of satisfied judgment paid in full from the attornies along with an additional letter from the attorney that they are vacating judgment and the info was sent to the courts, does the credit agencies have to remove with this proof or can they stretch it out the 30 days for notification from the courts. dealing with the creditors, courts and state officials are so much easier then dealing with the transunion, equifax and experian. why?????
