As I said before,see a real estate attorney FIRST. There are several kinds of "legal" senior citizen homeowners associations. The link I sent you was for the +55 type. Some are +62 with NO younger residents allowed. Only a competent real estate attorney can advise you aftr seeing the association incorporation documents.As to taking a year to record your deed?? Is there a problem with your father's estate ? Has it been probated ?Sounds fishy to me.!!
