Unfortunately, in divorce credit issues it can be a difficult process - especially since the credit was issued jointly. You could hold him in contempt (your ex) of the court judgment. You can always hope the cc's will sue him. You may be able to as well. Call the clerk of the court and ask how to proceed based on what you have stated here.
