items removed from report score doesn't reflect

I had big items removed from my report like a chapter 13 bankruptcy (thanks linda for telling me to try to remove 8 months prior to removal date) it worked. had two judgements dismissed and cancelled belonged to ex. and my score has only gone up 13 points why????? someone please explain the point system to me they take 100's of points for the marks and then give you only pennies back any assistance would be appreciated.
