the mortgage is in both names property is his i gave it to him in divorce settlement. he never refinanced so therefore the mortgage company says it is my responsibility if he defaults. although they never send me a letter or notice when he is behind, then i could take him back to court but i never find out he is behind till they put a mark on my credit report. everytime they put a lien or judgement on him through the property it goes on my current credit because my name is still on the mortgage agreement. if he dies is current wife gets the house and i get the debt it is a joke.
