My lawyer was an idiot... i have several credit cards unsecured and a car loan that i have been paying on for 1 year never late, but all these included in bk is killing me. i also have mortgage but want to buy another house in a year but my credit score is to low...how easy is this to do your self??? i have disputed about 3 items this past week on two different reports but have yet to challenge a bankruptcy or judgement. any help appreciated
