If you had accounts which were included in your BK and NOT reaffirmed that are appearing as anything other than discharged in BK you can protest those. If you have accounts which are showing up as defaulted,or written off,or if you have accounts you are maintaining now that should have been included in your BK and weren't, I suggest you do not fol around with any "letters" the SOL on lawsuits may be up, but BK fraud SOL's are a lot longer, and idiot lawyer or not, it is your signature swearing an oath on your BK. Like it or not BK's stay on your credit report for 10 years.There is no use disputing those accounts with CRA's as BK filngs are public record and easily accessible with correct access codes.
